Refund & Cancellation
Our commitment to transparency regarding our billing and service policies.

At Ginashe Digital, we strive to provide high-quality digital infrastructure. Because we deal with both automated third-party registrations and manual service provisioning, our refund policy is categorized by service type.
1. Domain Registrations and Renewals
Non-Refundable: Once a domain name (e.g., .co.za, .com, .net) is registered or renewed with the central registry, the cost is strictly non-refundable.
Reasoning: Domain registration fees are paid immediately to third-party registrars (such as ZACR or ICANN) to secure the name. These entities do not offer refunds to us; therefore, we cannot pass a refund to the client.
Errors: Please double-check the spelling of your domain before purchase. Once registered, a misspelled domain cannot be "corrected" or refunded.
2. Web Hosting Services
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Web Hosting accounts. If you are unsatisfied with our hosting performance within the first 7 days of service, you are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees.
Exclusions: This guarantee applies only to the hosting service itself. It does not include domain registration fees, SSL certificates, or setup fees for custom digital transformation kits.
Renewals: Monthly or annual hosting renewals are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
3. Digital Transformation Kits & Managed Services
Service Commencement: Refunds for digital transformation setups or custom configurations are only available if the request is made before our technical team begins the provisioning or installation process.
Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled mid-setup, Ginashe reserves the right to charge a pro-rata fee for the labor and resources already expended.
4. Cancellation Process
Notice: To cancel a recurring service (Hosting), clients must submit a cancellation request via the Ginashe Client Portal (https://digital.ginashe.co.za) at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
Immediate vs. End of Cycle: You may choose to cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused days in a billing month.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact our billing department at billing@ginashe.co.za before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all legitimate billing queries within 48 hours.
6. Mode of Refund
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Paystack. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
